By checking this box I understand that I will be receiving FROZEN meals which have been shipped on dry ice in a cooler. I understand further, that most, if not all of the dry ice will have evaporated but the meals will remain frozen. I agree that I will not hold hCG Food to Go, LLC liable for meals that are not refrigerated or frozen within 2 hours of receiving delivery. In the event that meals are received in a thawed condition, I agree to notify hCG Food to Go by email email@example.com, or phone 843-441-3420, immediately upon opening of my package. Finally, I understand fully that failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of a refund and/or receiving replacement meals.Additional Disclaimer:Also, by checking this box I acknowledge that I am a client of hCG Food to Go and/or hCG Weight Loss and I am purchasing the food as part of an overall weight reduction or weight maintenance program. Any other use is prohibited.
We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
For instances where a product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 5 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable):
No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
- Incorrect orders made by the recipient
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
